Returns
Customers have a 6-day hassle free return on purchases, and the below terms and conditions apply.
- 6 days after purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange the units.
- After 6 days of purchase, faulty units will be considered a service after sales terms, and we will generate a service warranty tag for the same units.
- Replacement or exchange will only be applicable under the vendor policy.
- Shipping charges of 50.00AED AED are applicable on any return units per shipment.
- If the customer paid via the payment gateway (online), a charges of 2.5% on the total order is applicable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exempted Products:
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as software and video games. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Customized Products as per customer orders
- Toner and Cartridges.
- Apple Products if the units are been registered.
- Microsoft Surface Products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds:
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Licensed Products
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (T&C Applies)
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If your refund is being delayed more than 7–14 days, please contact your bank first to check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Damaged items on delivery:
Alzerjin Computers reserves the right to refuse a return, refund, or exchange request. Please make your claims for “damaged items on delivery” or missing items within 12 hours of receiving the merchandise. If you decide to return your purchase, you can do so within 6 days after your purchase.

All returned items must be in new condition (AS SOLD CONDITION), in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Goods must be complete, unused, and in ‘AS NEW’ condition as received. If the box has been opened, we can not return the item.
Include the invoice with the return. If the goods are defective, please specify the defect, in a separate sheet of paper and attach it to the invoice. Please DO NOT write or mark anywhere on the product’s factory packaging (carton) or product itself.
Goods must be returned to our physical address (AL ZERJIN COMPUTERS, Dubai, United Arab Emirates). Delivery charges for returning an item(s) are to be paid and are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 5000.00AED, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
Exchange or Return of Goods
If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 6 days after its execution.
In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged, or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- fully equipped equipment;
- a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the Alzerjin Computers online store;
- warranty card;
- an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.
The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation
