Cancellation Policy
At Al Zerjin Computers, we understand that circumstances may change, and sometimes you need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation policy below:
Order Cancellation Timeframe:
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
How to Request Cancellation:
- To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care Center at +971559915216 or send an email to Support@alzerjincomputers.com. Provide your order details for prompt assistance.
Refund Process:
- If your cancellation request is approved within the specified timeframe, we will process a refund.
- Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
Exceptions:
- Customized products (made-to-order items) cannot be canceled once production has started.
- If the product has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return ( return policy).
Non-Refundable Items:
- Certain items are non-refundable, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Toner and cartridges
- Apple products if they have been registered
- Microsoft Surface products

Condition of Returned Items:
- Returned items must be in new condition (AS SOLD CONDITION), in their original packaging.
- If the box has been opened, we cannot accept the return.
Return Shipping Responsibility:
- Customers are responsible for the delivery charges associated with returning an item.
- Goods must be returned to our physical address in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
